Refund policy
We stand behind every MAW Energy product.
Your well-being is our priority, and we want you to love your experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return your product before any refund is issued.
Returns & Exchanges
- Full refunds are available for unopened and unused products returned within 60 days of delivery.
- Refunds for opened or partially used products may be issued at our discretion after review by our support team. These cases may qualify for a partial refund depending on the condition of the product.
- Shipping and fulfillment fees are not refundable.
- Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our fulfillment department. Please allow a few business days after inspection for your refund to appear on your original payment method.
- Exchanges are available for products of equal value. Only U.S. orders are currently eligible for exchanges.
- If you purchased a bundled product (such as a starter kit), all items in the bundle must be returned together
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us at support@drinkmaw.com within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
Please keep all original packaging and contents until your claim has been reviewed.
Return Abusive Monitoring
We monitor return activity to prevent abuse. Returns are subject to validation and approval at DrinkMAW’s discretion. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges in cases of excessive or suspicious activity.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us within one hour of placing it. After that, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
For security reasons, we cannot redirect a package after it has shipped. If a delivery attempt fails, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
