Eligibility: This free trial offer ("Offer") of our Energy & Focus Drink Powder ("Product") is available to first-time customers only. By participating in this Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Free Trial Duration and Subscription: The Offer consists of one (1) full-size shipment of the Product for which you will not be charged the Product price; you are only responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees for this first shipment. Upon redeeming this Offer, you will automatically be enrolled in our monthly subscription service.

Automatic Subscription Enrollment: Unless you cancel before the end of your free trial period, which concludes 30 days after the initial shipment date, you will automatically be charged $24.47 (the "Subscription Fee") every 30 days from the date of the initial shipment. This charge will recur monthly for a new shipment of the Product until you cancel your subscription. The date of the automatic subscription charge and shipment may vary due to shipping times and processing.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. To cancel, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled subscription charge. You can cancel by contacting our customer service team through the contact information provided on our website.

Payment: By accepting this Offer, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the Subscription Fee after the free trial period ends and on a recurring monthly basis thereafter. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your subscription.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to you.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with this Offer, the subscription service, or the Product, whether in contract, tort, or under any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

We accept payment by credit card and META pay. You will be charged the full amount of your order at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING
We ship to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or errors in shipping caused by incorrect information.

We offer free shipping on all orders over a certain dollar amount. Orders that do not meet this threshold will be charged a shipping fee.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Domestic orders arrive between 5-10 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days. MAW Energy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered. Customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs when the wrong address is input during set up for the free trial and subsequent subscription.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
An item may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 21 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused condition. A refund will be issued to the payment method you used when placing your order. Refunds usually take to 5-10 business days to show in your account. All returns should be sent to the return address on the shipping label.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged.If the item is received damaged, or if there is a mistake on our part, you will be reimbursed for the full purchase price, including shipping costs.

If the order is returned without return shipping being paid by the customer, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the original purchase total as well as a $3.50 customer convenience fee.
